On Sunday, March 26, 2023, Annie H. Lust passed away peacefully from complications of Alzheimer’s. She was born in Baltimore, MD on August 9, 1943 to the late Sallie Harrell and David Savage. She completed her high school education at Booker T. Washington in Norfolk, VA. Annie worked many years as a technician at Norfolk General Hospital until she moved to Washington, DC and worked for the Department of Commerce Patents and Trademark for 28 years. Annie was an active member of Lane Memorial CME Church of Washington, DC where she served as a Stewardess. Annie was united in holy matrimony to Andre R. Lust on September 30, 2000. Annie loved Hand Dancing, swimming and traveling, and crab feasts. The last words Annie heard before her passing was from Philippians 2:11: Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God Almighty. Annie is survived by her husband, Andre R. Lust, of Temple Hills, MD. She leaves two children, daughter, Lisa Y. Jones, of Upper Marlboro, MD, and son Victor A. Clark of Honolulu, HI.
