Hyattsville

On October 27, 2023, SISTER HANNA M. SZYMANIAK, SSMI, age 69, of Hyattsville, MD; was born in 
 
Poland and a member of the community of the Sisters Servants of Mary Immaculate. Sister Hanna was 
pre-deceased by her parents and one brother in Poland and is survived by a brother and numerous 
nieces and nephews. 
A viewing for Sr. Hanna will be held on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, from 3.30-5.30 pm at Gasch’s 
Funeral Home. 
Mass of Chrisitan Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Nursing Home Chapel on Thursday 2, 2023, at 
10 am proceeded by the Rosary at 9.30 am. Interment at Holy Rosary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers,
