He is survived by his wife Kathleen Giddings and his son William A., Jr. "Billy"; he also leaves to cherish his memory one grand daughter Hailey; sister-in-law Helen Giddings; daughter-in-law Calrinda and his long time friend and devoted worker for over thirty years Roberta Light; he was preceded in death by his brothers George B., Jr. "Tommy", James W. "Jim", Samuel C. "Sam", Edward F. "Ed" and Cameron E. "Boo"; and his parents George and Eugenia Giddings, Sr. Family will receive friends at Gasch's Funeral Home, PA, 4739 Baltimore Ave., Hyattsville, MD on Thursday, June 7, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Where services will be held on June 8, 2007 at 11 a.m. Interment St. John's Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made in his name to the Leukemia Society of America, 2900 Eisenhower Ave, Alexandria, VA 22314.
