Cherished father of Monique Marie Mooney (Chris Menen), Thomas Christopher (Jennifer) Mooney, Lauren Elaine (Michael) Stahly, and Ryan Patrick Tomas Mooney. Papa T to Mikaela, Aidan, Nolan, Finn, Brynne, and Madelyn. A memorial service will be held at Gasch’s Funeral Home, P.A., 4739 Baltimore Avenue, Hyattsville, MD on Friday, September 29 from 12 to 2 PM. Memorial contributions may be made in his name to So Others Might Eat (S.O.M.E.) 60 O Street, NW, Washington, D.C. 20001.
