On Tuesday, July 5, 2011. Celebrating the life of Shirley Ann Rahne of Laurel, MD, born March 7, 1946 to Raymond and Helen Batten of Hyattsville, MD. She is survived by her loving daughter Rae Lynnn Rahne-Canan and her two beloved grandchildren Rayne and Andrew Canan and her loving companion Ezra Roberts. She is also survived by her siblings, Yolanda "Smooch" Rogers, Raymond "Jack" Batten, Jr. and Connie Swigger. A viewing will be held on Sunday, July 10 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm at Gasch's Funeral Home, P.A., 4739 Baltimore Ave., Hyattsville, Md 20781 where a service will be held on Monday, July 11 at 11:30 am. Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suitland, MD with a repast to follow.
