On the morning of July 11th, Robert passed away peacefully at home at age 69 unexpectedly.
Predeceased by his father, mother, and brother.
Robert lived in Lusby, MD and is survived by his wife Virginia Carpenter Riley, his brother Kenny (Barbara) Riley, his sister Donna (Teddy) Fry, his daughter Shannon Riley, his sons Jason Riley and Ryan Carpenter, four grandchildren, and two 1/2 great grandchildren.
