On Wednesday, August 20, 2025 of Temple Hills, MD. Beloved husband of the late Nancy L. Windsor. Loving son to Jacquiline M. Windsor, father to Donna M. Windsor Nocente, the late Patricia Ann Windsor, and Richard Edward Windsor IV. Grandfather to Richard Edward Windsor V., Shannon Angela Nocente Schmitz and Jonathan Thomas Nocente. Great-grandfather to Rowen Elaine, Carter Gerard, and Elliott Steven Schmitz. He especially loved to have family to dinner, loved to read, vacations in the Outer Banks, the Shenandoah mountains, Washington football and Baltimore baseball. Go O’s!!
