Rebecca Armstrong

Becky passed peacefully in her home on April 19th, 2018. She was a loving wife to late-husband, Steve Barrett. She is survived by her son, Carl Welch, and daughter, Amanda Jansen, grandchildren Darrien Welch, granddaughter Janae Welch, and siblings; brother, Paul Jeffrey Armstrong, sister, Brenda Armstrong Mathews,  and brother Michael Armstrong, and many more beloved friends and family. Becky was also mother to five cats, her rescued fur-babies; she was a friend to the Alley Cat Allies.
