Nellie Deaner

Nellie Elizabeth Deaner, 98, formerly a resident of Bladensburg, passed away on Monday, April 20, 2020, at her granddaughter’s home in Pasadena, Maryland.  She was born on October 7, 1921 in Killen, Alabama, to the late Tom and Pauline Peden.  Nellie was preceded in death by her husband Wright Deaner, daughter Jacquelyn Eschbacher, sister Mary Rose Southerland and brother Luther Peden. She is survived by her children William Deaner, Margaret Writt, Rose Mary Conner (Joe), James Deaner (Bonnie) and Judson Deaner.  Nellie was a loving sister, wife, aunt, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and a loyal friend.  She will be dearly missed.
