On Sunday, June 14th, 2020 at her home in Prince Frederick, MD. She was 69. Survived by her husband, Franklin Stebbing, Jr. Friends may call at Gasch's Funeral Home, P.A., 4739 Baltimore Avenue, Hyattsville, MD on Monday, June 22nd, 2020 from 4 to 6 p.m. Burial at Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
