On Saturday, August 6, 2016 of New Haven, CT. Proud and loving mother of Thomas, Molly, and Stephen O'Reilly-Pol. Sweet dedicated grandma of Eve Stewart. Beloved sister of Patricia Steeves, Kathleen O'Reilly, Michael O'Reilly, Eileen Goclowski, and the late Tara O'Reilly. She is survived by her long-term partner, Lawrence Pol. Preceded in death by her parents, William and Mary D. O'Reilly. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 397 Ferry Street, New Haven, CT on Saturday, August 20 at 11 AM with a reception at Lorenzo's of West Haven. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Life Haven.
