Marie Stillwell

Marie A. Stillwell passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 2, 2022. She was the beloved wife of the late Arnold E. Stillwell and loving mother of Alan Stillwell, Susan (David) Baxter and the late Robert W. Stillwell.

Marie, or "Beauty" as she was affectionately known by family, was born February 7, 1930 in Washington, DC -- one of 12 children to John E. and Marie (McGuigan) Cook.  She is survived by her siblings, Delores Mills, Barbara Hill, Patricia Hatfield, and Mildred Hill and was predeceased by siblings, Emory Cook, Doris Wessel, Marjorie McCullough, Donald Cook, Allen Cook, June Wickheiser and Norman Cook.  Marie is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Interment will be at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD August 18, 2022 with a service for immediate family at the cemetery.
