On Thursday, August 4th, at the age of 95, of Silver Spring, MD. Husband of the late Elizabeth Blaine. Father of L. Robert Blaine, Jr., Leslie Blaine and Cynthia Blaine. Son of the late Chauncey and Freida Blaine. He served his county in the Navy and was employed by the government as a Physicist.
