On Tuesday, July 31, 2018, of Greenbelt, MD. Husband of Robin Marshall. Father of Colleen (Winston) Fender, Keith (Linda) Marshall, Cindy Sego and brother of Bill Marshall. Grandfather of Joseph Marshall III, Nicole Lore, Josie Sego, T. J. Sego and Aliyah Fender. He was preceded in death by his sons, JR “Jay” Marshall Jr. and DS “Scott” Marshall. Many nieces, nephews and family also survive. Family will receive visitors at Gasch’s Funeral Home, P.A., 4739 Baltimore Avenue, Hyattsville, MD on Thursday, August 16th from 9:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am. Interment private.
