It is with heavy hearts that we share that John V. Thompson's earthly journey came to a close on September 19, 2025, at the age of 90. He will be remembered for the love he gave, the laughter he shared, and the countless memories he created with all of us.
We welcome all who knew and loved him to join us in honoring his life. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025. The viewing will begin at 11:00am at Gasch's Funeral Home, 4739 Baltimore Ave., Hyattsville, MD 20781. Burial will follow at 2pm at George Washington Cemetery, 9500 Riggs Rd., Adelphi, MD 20783.
