Husband of Mary Ann Brinton his wife of 60 years; devoted father of Mary Ann Flannery, Denise Berti, Michelle Manning, Alicia Wattenberg, Monique Ostazeski, John G.J. Brinton, Renee Hammond, William Brinton, Thomas Brinton and the late Jeanette Griffith; he is also survived by 23 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Gasch's Funeral Home, P.A., 4739 Baltimore Ave., Hyattsville, MD on Thursday, March 22, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A mass of christian burial will be held Friday, March 23, 2007 at 8 a.m. at St. Bernard's Catholic Church, 5700 St. Bernard's Drive, Riverdale Park, MD. Interment Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of the Chesapeake, 445 Defense Highway, Annapolis, MD 21401.
