On December 4, 2017 of Hyattsville, MD. Born on August 29, 1958. Husband of Debra Ann Barnes. Brother of James Paul Barnes, Susan Stairs and the late Caroline “Carrie” Elizabeth Barnes. Son of Harry Marshall Barnes, Sr., and Elizabeth Ann Rhodes Barnes. He is survived by his special Uncle and Aunt, Dusty and Judy Rhodes, as well as his uncle Robert Kelso and Aunt Sandra Paphides.
