On Tuesday, November 15, 2016 of College Park, MD. Beloved wife of the late Paul Anthony "Paulie" Smith, Jr. Loving mother of Debra Lee Smith Winegar and Teresa Ann Smith Fowler. Dear grandmother of Leanna Fowler Howard, Kristy Fowler, Jenna Moess, and Allysa Winegar. Great-grandmother of Kayla, Kyle, Jr., Hayley, Hayden, and Skylin. She is also survived by John P. Roberts, Jr. A graveside service will be held at Fort Lincoln Cemetery on Saturday, November 19 at 1 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Rebecca Fortney Breast Center at Anne Arundel Medical Center, 2001 Medical Parkway, Annapolis, MD 21401.
