On Friday, September 14, 2007 at the age of 85. Resident of Bladensburg, MD, formerly of Ivanhoe NC; beloved mother of Francis D. Hines (Annie) and Kathryn H. Jones (Rod); loving sister of Ethel Wright, Betty Ingram, George P. Murphy and Carl Murphy. Also survived by four grandchildren, Pernell Hall, Tanya Hines, Ashley Jones and Irvin Jones and two great-grandchildren; she was preceded in death by her siblings, Lottie Williams, Betsy DeVane, Margaret Smith and Wilbert Pridgett and one grandson, Donald Hines. Family will receive friends at Landover Hills Baptist Church, 4420 73rd Ave., Landover Hills, MD 20784 on Tuesday, September 18 from 9 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Interment Maryland National Memorial Park, Laurel, MD. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to Landover Hills Baptist Church.
