Ellen Joyce Huber

We are deeply saddened to share the passing of our beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. At 95 years old, Ellen passed away peacefully at her residence in Cheverly with her family in attendance.
Ellen was born on Staten Island in New York. Her stepfather was stationed in Germany with her mother when Ellen met and married her husband Robert Charles Huber in October 1950.
Ellen belonged to the Carmelite Sodality for 30 years. She always loved and admired the Carmelite community.
She and Robert lived in Cheverly Maryland for over 50 years and they attended St. Ambrose Catholic Church.
Ellen was predeceased by two sons Richard Clement Huber, Roger Christopher Huber, and older brother Harvey Hutchins Hevenor III
Ellen's daughter Renata Christine Samsky and her husband James Samsky live in Cheverly. Her three sons Robert Charles Huber Jr, Ronald Calvin Huber, and Thomas Michael Huber are residents of Maine. Her grandson son Richard Samsky resides in Greenbelt.
A visitation will be held at St. Ambrose Catholic Church 3107 63rd Ave, Cheverly, MD 20785
on May 19th, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Mass at 11:00 a.m.
