Severn and his wife, Shannon; sister of Sylvia (Neil) Carmichael, Arnold (Cynthia) and Jeffrey (Leslie) Miller; grandmother of Maya and Kylie. Friends may call at Gasch's Funeral Home, P.A., 4739 Baltimore Ave., Hyattsville, MD on Tues. Oct 30 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Private interment will be held at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD at a later date.
