Carson Neil Smith, born in Pennington Gap, VA on March 25, 1925, peacefully passed away on March 23, 2021. Beloved uncle and friend to many. He was married to Joan Smith, who proceeded him in death. He served in the Army. He was a Free Mason and lived in Washington, DC most of his life. He loved putting and playing pool with the friends he made at Riderwood Village. Burial will be at Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
