Son of Melody Harriman; brother of Patrick (Brittney) Payne; grandson of Lillian Payne and Betty Ackley. He was preceded in death by his father, Bernard Cleveland Payne, Sr., and his grandfathers, Elwood Payne and Elmer Harriman.
