On Monday, May 22, 2017 of College Park, MD, formerly of Augusta, GA. Beloved brother of Mary L., Philip J., Joseph A., Debra J. Armstrong, and Elizabeth A. Coyne. Loving son of the late Philip J. and Mary Brown Armstrong. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. James Catholic Church, 3528 Rhode Island Avenue, Mt. Rainier, MD on Friday, May 26 at 10 am. Inurnment will be held at Westover Cemetery in Augusta, GA on Saturday, May 27 at 2:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Mid-Atlantic, 5272 River Road, Suite 700, Bethesda, MD 20816.
