On May 28, 2014 at the age of 62. Wife of the late George Womack, retired DCPS teacher. Loving mother of Francinda Manns, DaBeth Manns and Kenyatta (Pat) Hazlewood. Sister of Leonardine Garrett, Albert Scott, Bruce Ballentine, Brian Ballentine and Leonard Staten, Jr. Grandmother of Imani George and O'Neil George, Jr. The family of Willie Mae Murphy. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Daisy Staten and a granddaughter, Arianna George. Viewing will be held on Saturday, June 7th from 10am until funeral time at 11am at Springdale Community Church, 9601 Ardwick-Ardmore Road, Springdale, MD 20774. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery, Brentwood, MD.
