On Monday, February 27, 2017 of Washington, D.C. Loving father of Valencia A. (Joseph) Stringfellow, Jennifer A. Armstrong, and Torrey I. (Kia) Murray, Sr. Cherished grandfather of Brittni C., Maya J. Stringfellow, Jennique M., Jharron M. Armstrong, Latresa R., Torrey I., Murray, Jr., Crystal A., Wanda N. Murray, and the late TJ Murray. Great-grandfather of Jharrod W., Tailyn N., Jonnell Z., Armstrong, Kacie Armstrong-Cumberlander, Tekia L., Nevaeh L., Makayla R. Murray, and Dion J. Allen. Brother of Delores Scott. Uncle of Ethel (Melie) Allen, Antoinette (Tony), Ricardo (Ricky), DuWayne, and Kristal Scott. He was an avid golfer as well as a member of the Native American History Museum Association. He was retired from the Federal Protection Service after 42 years of service. Friends may call at Gasch's Funeral Home, P.A., 4739 Baltimore Avenue, Hyattsville, MD on Wednesday, March 8 from 10 AM until service time at 11 AM. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
