On Sunday, November 29, 2015 of College Park, MD, formerly of Alexandria, VA. Beloved husband of Noreen. Loving father of Lisa Dubay, granddaughter Hannah (Atty) Siegel and the late Bryant Dubay, and also stepfather of Diana and Robbie Seiler. Brother of Jesse (Vincent) Lambert and Joe (Inga) Dubay. A memorial service will be held at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, 4512 College Avenue, College Park, MD on Sunday, December 6 at 2 PM. Interment church columbarium. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the St. Andrew's Episcopal Church Renovation Fund at the above stated address or to Oxfam America, 1101 17th Street, NW #1300, Washington, D.C. 20036.
