Nellie Dyson

On Thursday, August 23, 2012 of Asbury Methodist Village, Gaithersburg, MD. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Laurie Dyson. She is survived by her daughter, Norma Kunkle, son/nephew, Dennis, and his wife, Cathy Adams; 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Ethel Hurt, Bessie Bell and Jeanetta Badgley and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter and son-in-law, Clarice and Donnie Scribner, son-in-law, Bill Kunkle and her four brothers. The family will receive guests on Saturday, September 1 from 10 to 11 am at GASCH'S FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 4739 Baltimore Ave., Hyattsville, MD 20781 with the service to begin at 11 am. Private Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Benevolent Fund at Asbury Methodist Village, 333 Russell Ave., Gaithersburg, MD 20715 or the American Cancer Society, 801 Roeder Road., Silver Spring, MD 20910
