On July 18, 2016, age 73, of Riverdale, MD. Mother of Michael A. Gavigan (his companion Elena Delgado) and John V. Gavigan. Sister of John Okrak; grandmother of Dawn Gavigan and Heather Smith. Great grandmother of Anthony Michael Gavigan, Keona Gowder and Kalissa Mundy. She was preceded in death by a son, Thomas R. Gavigan, a grandson, Michael David Gavigan, and a sister, Rosemarie Fogle.
