Marguerite Vaught

Of McAndrews, KY, formerly of MD died on July 18, 2012 at the Appalachian Regional Hospital ER, South Williamson, KY. Born March 9, 1938 in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of the late Howard S. and Marguerite (Odum) Cash. She was a manager/operator for AT&T/C&P Telephone Co. from 1956 to 1986. She was an avid reader, a devout Catholic and was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Williamson, WV. Peggy will be missed by everyone that she touched. She is survived by her loving daughters, Christina Marie McDevitt and Pamela Ann Vaught of McAndrews, KY; her brother Howard S. Cash of Princess Anne, MD; her sister Theresa Haw of Largo, FL, her grandchildren Samantha Ann Stephens and William Albert McDevitt III, her great-grandchildren Kevin A. Ratcliff and Marissa Marie Stephens; her Best Friend, Vera Cleek of McAndrews, KY; her God Children, Katie and Jamie Warner, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be held at Gasch's Funeral Home, P.A., 4739 Baltimore Ave., Hyattsville, MD 20781 on Monday, July 23 from 7 to 9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, July 24 at 10:00 am at Saint Jerome's Catholic Church, 5205 43rd Ave., Hyattsville, MD. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery, Brentwood, MD.
