Jean McDevitt

On May 12, 2013. A former teacher in the Maryland public schools and at the University of Maryland, College Park. For the last three years she lived with her sister, Frances Wire, in Lovettsville, VA. She had good health and good humor throughout her life. Jean was the wife of the late Richard McDevitt, mother of Lynn, Charles and Mark McDevitt, and Clair Caputo. Along with her children, she is survived by four granddaughters (Amanda Garner, Mary Jean Walker, and Emily and Erica Caputo) her sister Frances, her brother Bobby Frothingham, and many other relatives and friends. Inurnment with her husband at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
