Henry Beckert

Henry C. Beckert on Saturday, August 9, 2014 of Hyattsville, MD passed away at the Hillhaven Nursing Home. He was preceded in death by his wife Verta Beckert. He is survived by his sister, Ella Stokes; nieces, Jeanette (Mike) Johnson, their children Jeff, Diana and AJ and 6 great great nieces and one great nephew and niece Barbara Pascarell, daughter and great niece Nicole Bly and great great niece Jasmine Bly, and great nephew Mark Pascarell. He was a member of the Catholic Church for the Deaf, member of the Knights of Columbus, St. Francis of Assisi Fraternity and a member of The Center for Deaf Ministries. He worked 33 yrs at Armature winding, and a Sheet Metal worker in WA., D.C. and W. VA. A service will be held on Saturday, August 16 at 11 am at The Center for Deaf Ministries, 7202 Buchanan St, Landover Hills, Maryland. Inurnment, Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suitland MD.
