Freida T. Powell of Mitchellville, MD went home to be with the Lord on Saturday August 10, 2013. She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 52 years, William Powell, son Gregory, daughter Kimberly, granddaughter Tyler and grandson Andrew and a host of other loved ones. Visitation with the family will begin at 10 am on Friday August 16, followed by services at 11, both at From the Heart Church Ministries at 4949 Allentown Road, Suitland, MD. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton, MD. Services will be entrusted to Gasch's Funeral Home. Online condolences may be received at www.gaschs.com. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Foundation for Sarcoidosis Research at www.stopsarcoidosis.org.
