Berlon Cooper

Berlon Leon Cooper passed away on December 5, 2014. He was the loving husband for 53 years of the late Peggy Lois Glascock Cooper. Berlon joined the Bladensburg Volunteer Fire Department in 1960 and became a life member in 1985. He worked for the Bureau of Engraving for many years. He was the devoted father of Glenda, Kim, Dawn and the late Debbie Dodson. He is also survived by nieces he raised as daughters, Gail and Chrissy, his brother Clyde B. Cooper, Jr., 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A service of celebration will commence on Thursday, December 18th, 2014 with visitation from 10 am until time of service at 11 am at the Assembly of God, 7800 Good Luck Road, Lanham, MD 20706. Memorial contributions may be made in Berlon's name to Trinity Assembly of God Memorial Fund at the above address.
